ABSTRACT:
This document specifies an ontology for the monitoring of a property variation and for the messages about a property variation.

This document also defines an ontology for best practice advice to operators based upon observed features of a property variation.

An ontology for a maximum likelihood approach to weighting different observations is defined.

An ontology for the representation of some aspects of an IDEF0 diagram is defined.
